Step by step
1. Create your account
- Go to app.ropelogix.com/register.
- Enter your personal email address — not a work address. Your account belongs to you, not your employer. (Why this matters.)
- Set a password and confirm it.
- Check your inbox for a verification email. Tap the link inside.
2. Pick a plan
On first sign-in you'll be asked to choose a plan. Unsure which one? Start on Personal — it's free and gives you a fully functional IRATA logbook for a single user.
If you're setting up for a company, choose Starter (up to 10 team members) or Professional (unlimited). Full plan comparison →
3. Fill in your profile
Head to Settings → Profile and enter:
- Your full legal name (this appears on your logbook)
- Your IRATA membership number
- Your current IRATA level (1, 2, or 3)
These fields appear on every logbook entry you make, so get them right from the start.
4. Take your first action
- Techs: Tap Log hours on your dashboard. Step-by-step guide →

- Admins: Tap Team → Invite and add your first crew member. Full guide →
Joining an existing company? You'll receive an invitation email from your admin. Click the link, set your password, and you'll land in their workspace automatically — no need to pick a plan yourself.
