1. Who we are

RopeLogix is operated by Inevara Pty Ltd, trading as Sajdak Group Holdings WLL. We provide a digital platform for IRATA rope access compliance management. Privacy contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, organisation name
  • Professional credentials: IRATA certificate number and level, expiry dates, First Aid / White Card / Site Induction details
  • Work records: logbook entries (dates, hours, work descriptions, location), job records, SWMS content, rescue plans, pre-start records, toolbox talk notes, incident reports
  • Signatures: digital signature images captured via the platform
  • Location data: GPS coordinates captured during pre-start form submission (site location only — not continuous tracking)
  • Health-adjacent data: medical fitness certificate type and expiry only — we do not collect medical diagnoses or records
  • Payment data: billing handled entirely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) — we do not store card numbers

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the RopeLogix platform services
  • To send credential expiry alerts and system notifications via email
  • To generate SWMS documents using AI — your job description is sent to Anthropic’s API (see §5)
  • To process subscription payments via Paddle
  • To comply with our legal obligations

4. How we store your data

  • Database: PostgreSQL hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) ap-southeast-2 (Sydney)
  • Files: Documents and signatures stored in AWS S3 (ap-southeast-2)
  • CDN / Proxy: Cloudflare global network

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see §7).

5. Third parties

  • Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record). Paddle Privacy Policy
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic: AI-assisted SWMS generation — job description text only, no personal data beyond job scope. Anthropic Privacy Policy
  • Amazon Web Services: Cloud infrastructure (Sydney region)
  • Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and tunnel services

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Australian Privacy Principles

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Complaints may be lodged with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

7. Your rights

You may at any time: access the personal data we hold; request corrections; request deletion of your account and data; or export your logbook (PDF export available in-platform). Contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
