Credentials and expiry alerts

Don't let a credential cliff pull you off the ropes. Upload once — get alerts before it matters.

What you can track

RopeLogix stores and tracks any time-limited credential. Common ones include:

✓ Senior First Aid (Provide First Aid)
✓ Construction White Card
✓ Site-specific inductions
✓ Occupational medicals
✓ Working at heights tickets
✓ Confined space entry permits
✓ Rigging licences
✓ Scaffolding tickets
✓ Mine site safety cards

You're not limited to this list. Add any credential with a name and an expiry date — the alert system works the same way.

Uploading a credential

1.Tap Profile → Credentials → Add credential.
2.Select the credential type (or type a custom name).
3.Enter the issue date and expiry date.
4.Attach a photo of the card or certificate. JPG, PNG, or PDF — all accepted.
5.Tap Save.

The credential appears on your profile with a coloured status chip: green (current), amber (expiring within 90 days), red (expired or within 30 days).

When alerts fire

90 days out

A notification in-app and an email to your registered address. Time to book the renewal.

30 days out

A second alert — louder. The credential card turns amber on your dashboard.

Expired

Red card. If your admin has configured a pre-job credential gate, you'll be flagged before any new job starts.

The credential cliff dashboard

Admins and supervisors see a team-wide dashboard under Team → Credentials. It shows every crew member, their credential status, and how many days to the next expiry across the team.

Sort by soonest-to-expire to see who's approaching the cliff. Filter by credential type to check that all rope access cards are current before a site mobilisation.

Renewing a credential? Upload the new card and update the expiry date. The old record is kept in your history — useful for proving continuous compliance if a gap question comes up at audit.
