Reports and exports

Weekly hours, top mileage, fatigue tracking, and audit-ready export packs — here's what's available and where to find it.

Operational reports (Starter and Pro)

Weekly hours

Total rope hours logged by each team member in the past 7 days. Useful for rapid resourcing checks and managing fatigue risk. Found under Reports → Weekly hours.

Top tech mileage

Ranks your team by total rope mileage (hours on rope) over a selected period. Useful for rostering and identifying who's approaching fatigue thresholds. Found under Reports → Mileage.

Fatigue threshold line

A rolling chart showing each tech's cumulative rope hours over a rolling 28-day window. When a tech approaches or crosses the threshold set by your organisation's fatigue management plan, the line turns amber then red. Found under Reports → Fatigue.

IRATA quarterly stats

Technique breakdown for each tech across the quarter — ascending hours, descending hours, rescue, traverse. Useful input for IRATA reassessment paperwork and internal capability reviews. Found under Reports → IRATA stats.

Audit-ready export packs (Professional)

Go to Reports → Export pack and select your date range. Professional tier users can generate two types:

PDF audit pack

A single PDF containing:

  • Signed SWMS for all jobs in the period
  • Logbook entries (all techs) with supervisor signatures
  • Pre-start records with GPS timestamps and attendance
  • Credential certificates in force during the period
  • Equipment inspection records
  • Subcontractor compliance documents (if applicable)

CSV data export

Raw data export for your own records management: hours by tech, by period, by technique, and by site. Import into your own spreadsheet, HRIS, or fatigue management system.

Export packs are generated from signed, locked records only. Unsigned or draft entries are not included — this ensures the pack reflects what was actually verified and agreed to.

Individual logbook export

Individual techs on any plan can export their own logbook from Logbook → Export. The PDF matches the format IRATA assessors expect. This is independent of the org-level audit pack — it's a personal export the tech owns and can share with anyone.
