The five tiles at the top

Open https://app.ropelogix.com and the first row you see is five tiles, each a number:

• ●Active jobs — total jobs in your org currently set to ACTIVE. A simple workload indicator; not a to-do.
• ●Crew on rope today — distinct teammates rostered onto a job that's active today (started by today, not yet finished).
• ●Hours this week — sum of all rope-access hours your crew logged this ISO week.
• ●Awaiting sign-off today — the headline tile. Items you need to sign whose parent job is active today. Tap it to drill through to the list (see below).
• ●Credentials due ≤30d — for supervisors and admins, this is an org-wide count (all team members' credentials plus subcontractor documents expiring within 30 days). Technicians see only their own credentials and the subs linked to their jobs.

Awaiting sign-off today (the headline tile)

What it counts: any pending signature with your name on it where the related job is active today. Six different surfaces feed the count:

• ●SWMS where you're on the team and haven't signed
• ●Pre-start checklist where the supervisor finalised but you haven't signed
• ●Toolbox talk that was held but you haven't signed
• ●Logbook entries waiting for your supervisor sign-off
• ●Magic-link signature requests sent to you (still within their validity window — expired links do not appear in the count)
• ●Multi-attendee attestation ceremonies you're a signer on

What 'today' means: the job linked to the item must be set to ACTIVE, started by today, and not yet finished. If the job kicks off next week, the item moves to the Review queue (below) instead of the tile.

Tap the tile to open the Awaiting sign-off page. It has a Today section (urgent, pre-scrolled) and a Later section so you can also see what's queued. Each row is a tap-through to that specific document's sign page.

Review queue (further down the home screen)

What it lists: the same six surfaces as the tile, but for items not due today. Think of it as your queued reading: the SWMS for next Tuesday's job, the toolbox talk on a job that started yesterday but you weren't on rope today, etc.

When it says 'Caught up. Nothing pending review.' — it means there are no non-urgent items waiting for you. It does NOT mean you have nothing to sign — check the tile above for today's urgent pile.

Each row is tappable; up to six rows show on the dashboard with a View all N → link to the full Awaiting sign-off page when there are more.

Inbox bottom-nav badge (mobile)

The little number on the Inbox icon in the bottom navigation is a different scope from the dashboard tile. It counts everything that needs your attention, not just signatures:

• ●Pending signature requests addressed to you
• ●Your own credentials (IRATA, first aid, etc.) expiring within 90 days
• ●Equipment you're responsible for that's due an inspection
• ●Jobs where you're assigned as the supervisor

That's why the Inbox count and the Awaiting sign-off tile often differ. If your Inbox shows 3 but Awaiting Sign-off Today shows 1, it usually means: 1 item to sign today + 2 of your credentials expiring soon (or similar). Tap the Inbox icon to see exactly what's in there.

Supervisor logbook review queue (separate page)

Supervisors and admins have a fourth surface at https://app.ropelogix.com/logbook/review. It's an org-wide list of every logbook entry where the supervisor signature is missing — i.e. it crosses every tech in the org, not just your own pile.

Use it to bulk-process counter-signatures at the end of the week. The dashboard's Review queue card and this page are related but not the same: the dashboard card is filtered to you, this page covers everyone.
