Account and billing
Change your password, update your IRATA number, switch plan, or cancel — all from Settings.
Account settings
Go to Settings → Account to manage:
- ●Password — tap Change password, enter your current password, then set a new one.
- ●Email address — update to a new address (you'll need to verify the new one). If you're using a work address, update it to a personal one before you change jobs.
- ●Full name — appears on all your logbook entries and signed documents. Use your legal name.
- ●IRATA membership number — update this if your number changes at reassessment.
- ●IRATA level — update after a reassessment. Note: this does not retroactively change any signed entries.
Billing and plan
Go to Settings → Billing (admins only) to:
- ●View current plan — see which plan your organisation is on and when it renews.
- ●Upgrade plan — moving from Starter to Professional takes effect immediately. The remaining days on your current period are credited.
- ●Downgrade plan — downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain all current features until then.
- ●Update payment method — swap card details. All transactions are processed through our payment provider; we never store your card number.
- ●View invoices — download past invoices as PDF.
Cancelling
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you keep access until then.
After cancellation, your account reverts to Personal (free). Your data — logbook entries, credentials, documents — is retained. Nothing is deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion.
